• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering or listing a business.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By submitting a listing, you confirm you have the right to publish that information and that it is accurate. Listing content is publicly visible. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that are false, misleading, or violate these terms, without prior notice.

Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free of abusive or unlawful content. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display and use it on our platform. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Priority Listing upgrades are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at time of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping data, uploading malicious code, impersonating others, posting unlawful content, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.

All platform design, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content) belong to CallEaseUK·Connect Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
